Today is Sunday.
Normally, I will have Family's Day.
That means go out with family and so on.
Uh huh, so maybe later going out with family.
It seem like after many dinosaur years, I didn't go out with my family.
Always busy going out with friends and so on, neglected family. =(
Daddy ask me to do more sport.
Go jogging at least 2 - 3 times a week.
And Thursday go for badminton training too.
Of course, beside all these. I added on with cycle for hours ^^
Actually, now a days, I always busy with sport stuff.
Bo Bian ~ Last time, always go town area and went out with friends, didn't really do sport.
Then all my muscle become fat.
I HATE FATS!!!
And jogging make my legs look nicer too =P
I wan go Sun-tan !!!

Have nothing better to do after a short little nap.

Team Singapore - badminton men's doubles got into quarter final.
Tomorrow, will be having live screening at Shenton way NTUC building at 8.30PM Evening.
Hoping to get at least 150 Peoples to come down and support.

and support the men's double. =)

Let me tell you what is YTSA ...
YTSA stands for Young Team Singapore Ambassadors!
The YTSA programme is a new initiative spearheaded by Team Singapore and Singapore School Sports Council
(Co-Curricular Activities Branch) to equip
students with the proper knowledge and skills to be an ambassador of local sports.
The programme will run parallel with CCAB?s Sports Leader, Sports Instructors and Sports Umpire Course.
These four courses will form the four pillars of the Youth Sports Leadership and
Development Programme available to students.
Currently, the YTSA programme is opened to all secondary school students who have a passion in sports.
The YTSA will eventually be groomed as future sports leaders and catalysts of sports, officials, coaches, national athletes or TS network volunteers.
So after all, YTSA is something like volunteers to help and do cheers for Singapore Sport Player. =)
I had joined during Secondary 3. =)
Had went for a few meeting at Kallang Sport Hall, but didn't volunteers to do anything.
Due to I always didn't go for their event and so on. =x

Went Chua Chu Kang for my dinner with Family.
After that, went cousin house a while.
Then went Lot 1 for movie.
I watched "Money Not Enough Two" with Stephanie before during my birthday.
So I watched "Journey To The Center Of The World " with my cousin.
But at the same Cinema ...

The screen like not really clear and the speaker still ok ok only and the seats sucks too.

After all, the movie not really bad. Worth watching. Some part of it, is real funny as well. ^^
Aunty drive me to cousin house.
Was watching Olympic - Basketball ! with cousins.
